Cell Tower
Collocations of towers on existing towers or structures typically are reviewed and administratively through the Cods Department; however, all new towers must first be approved by the Planning Commission before building permits can be issued. If a new tower is to be built, the application must address the information required below.
Bed and Breakfast
To ensure compatibility with the existing residential neighborhood, Planning Commission approval is required for Bed and Breakfast uses. Furthermore, applicants most hold a neighborhood meeting, notify the surrounding property owners, and submit detailed information with their application.
