The City of Franklin Purchasing Office maintains a registry of vendors who have expressed interest in doing business with the City. If you would like to add your business to our registry, please complete and submit the vendor registration form below. As the need arises for a particular product or service, the Purchasing Office uses this registry as one source of potential suppliers. Please note that the Purchasing Office cannot guarantee that a vendor will be notified of every solicitation for quotes, bids or proposals for which it wishes to compete.
The vendor registration form below is intended primarily for vendors that provide products or services not related to new construction. However, all vendors are welcome to complete and submit the form. Vendors that do provide products or services related to new construction should browse to the Engineering Department’s web page, or contact the Engineering Department at (615) 791-3218, for more information about construction-related purchasing.
Vendors who continue to be interested in doing business with the City of Franklin on an ongoing basis are responsible for keeping their registration current. Please complete and submit the vendor registration form below whenever any information needs to be updated, but at least once every two years. Registrations that have not been updated after two (2) years may be removed from the Purchasing Office’s vendor registry.
