- Please direct all emails to: fireprevention@franklintn.gov.
- Burn Permits are issued in City Hall at Fire Department Administration.
- Environmental Phase 1 Assessments – Please email as much property description to the above address. A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the request. Within a few days, another email will be sent documenting any findings.
- Fire Code Complaints – please use the City of Franklin’s service request form. Anytime you notice a fire code deficiency, we encourage you to report it to our office. We can’t be everywhere, so we need your help.
- Knox Boxes – Knox boxes are required for any new commercial building that has a fire alarm or automatic fire sprinkler system. Please visit http://www.knoxbox.com/store/ to order online. Go to ONLINE PURCHASE and select the item. Then enter 37064 for the zip code. On the following page select the FRANKLIN FIRE DEPT. Look back to any item under ONLINE PURCHASE to select other items. Order.
