Quarterly reports are prepared by staff and delivered to the Budget and Finance Committee approximately forty-five days after the end of the quarter. The bulk of all financial transactions are available within two weeks of the quarter end. Hoever, revenues that are collected by the State on behalf of cities and counties are delayed as much as sixty days by the collection and audit routines performed by State employees.
