Pearl Bransford has lived in the City of Franklin for over 22 years. She and her husband Henry (Hank) have three children: Jennifer, Jessica, and Franklin.
Bransford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She has worked as a Nurse for the past 30 years in a variety of leadership roles. Bransford also holds a Realtor license which is currently in retirement.
Prior to being elected At-large Alderman, Bransford served eleven years on the Franklin Special School District Board of Education. She is also a community activist in the Historic Natchez District and is looking forward to working with all citizens of Franklin by listening and giving thoughtful deliberation to issues affecting the City.
